In order to support file uploads, HTML forms must specify an encoding type (enctype) of multipart/form-data.
I am trying to POST data to a website, but I'm not sure how to do it with Multipart/Form-Data. MacEachren, Dai, Hardisty, Guo, and Lengerich.
